UI / UX essentials

UI / UX essentials

At the most basic level, the user interface (UI) is the series of screens, pages, and visual elements—like buttons and icons—that enable a person to interact with a product or service.

User experience (UX), on the other hand, is the internal experience that a person has as they interact with every aspect of a company’s products and services.

It’s common for folks to use these terms interchangeably, or sometimes incorrectly. If you’ve ever wondered, “What is UI, what is UX, and what’s the difference between them?” or “How do I begin UI and UX?” then this course is for you. Remember how cumbersome MySejahtera was before the update just to show the vaccinated status until a netizen pointed out what a good UX is? That is how important UX is and how to incorporate a good UI for a better UX.
