About Faysal

Engineering experience.
A practical perspective.

I’m Faysal Aziz, a trainer, consultant and software engineer based in Kuala Lumpur. My career has taken me across software development, systems architecture, data science, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, automation and artificial intelligence.

I have worked with corporations, government agencies, financial institutions and technology teams. Across that work, the question has stayed much the same: how do we turn technical possibilities into something useful in a real operating environment?

I remain involved in development and technical research alongside training and consultancy. That matters to how I teach. I want people to understand what a tool does, how it connects to the rest of a system, and where its limitations become important.

My current work focuses strongly on generative AI, agentic systems, enterprise AI adoption, workflow automation and developer productivity. I also help organisations think through readiness, governance and the skills needed to use AI responsibly.

Good engineering requires a connected view. Applications, infrastructure, data, security and people all influence the result. That is the perspective I bring to the classroom and to consultancy.
