Operational Technology and Technology Readiness for Retail
This two day lecture series aims to explore and examine the role of technology readiness in the retail industry as well as Business to Consumer and Business to Business models. Nowadays, technology has penetrated into the retail industry, where with the existence of this technology, consumers are made easier in shopping and consumers can get the benefits other than getting a product. Retail has undergone digital transformation involving almost every business function. Being multi-channel has become a norm as opposed to a differentiating factor. However, now the competitive edge lies in data science and an insights-led approach to stay relevant.
