Prerequisites:

To take the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals course, learners should have a basic understanding of business processes and technology concepts. It is also recommended that learners have some familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Outlook. However, there are no specific technical prerequisites for this course.

Additionally, learners may benefit from some prior knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, although this is not mandatory. Assessment:

The course will be assessed through a combination of quizzes, assignments, and a final exam.
