E-Commerce Introductory Course

This two-day course is designed to give the learner an introduction to e-commerce. It is not a technical hands-on course, but rather a module intended to equip the learner with ​​awareness and knowledge of the tools and trade along with the state of the e-commerce industry as a whole. There shall however be demonstration of technology in use and a deep dive into certain machine intelligence aspects most commonly utilized by the e-commerce industry.

By the end of this course, the learner should have a good grasp on the following topics:

Timing and Schedule

This is a two day course spanning 7 x 2 = 14 hours inclusive of two 15 minute breaks each day complying with HRDCorp’s requirements.

Maximum Participants

To ensure optimum deliverance, the number of participants should not exceed 30.
